We provide management services for regional corporate revitalization funds, investing mainly in loan assets
The regional corporate revitalization funds we operate involve alliances with the financial institutions of each region and with government-affiliated organizations. Based on a concept of providing sustained support until recovery, we pursue medium-term investment in SMEs, which have a major role in regional economic vitality
We have provided management services for 15 revitalization funds mainly with regional financial institutions, and 5 public-private revitalization funds mainly through the Organization for Small & Medium Enterprises and Regional Innovation, Japan (of the 16 funds associated with the Organization for Small &Medium Enterprises and Regional Innovation, Japan, 5 involved collaboration with RISA

We conduct large and medium-sized real estate co-investments
RISA Partners provides asset management services for invested properties and investment management operations, as well as participating in a portion of the investments itself
Rather than being limited by restrictions on target area, property size, age of the property and its application (although location is emphasized) we adopt an opportunistic approach to investment
